Content on this site describes past work and general capability. It is not an offer of services on particular terms, and nothing here guarantees a specific outcome on a future project.
Project work
Scope, price, timeline, intellectual property and confidentiality for any engagement are set out in the written agreement or Upwork contract for that project, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you own the deliverables and the accounts created for your project on final payment.
Case studies and confidentiality
Project descriptions on this site are published either with client permission or in a form that does not identify the client. Work covered by an NDA is described in general terms only.
