Who is responsible

This site is operated by Tien Nguyen, an independent software engineer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. For any question about your data, contact nguyentienm@gmail.com.

What is collected

The enquiry form collects the name, email address, phone number, website, company size, budget range, service interest and project description that you choose to submit.

Basic technical information such as pages visited and approximate location may be collected if analytics are enabled.

Why it is collected

Enquiry details are used to assess project fit and reply to you. They are not used for marketing lists and are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus any period required for tax or accounting records.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to nguyentienm@gmail.com and the request will be actioned within a reasonable period.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Third-party services

Enquiries submitted through Upwork are additionally governed by Upwork's own privacy policy. Enquiries submitted through the form on this site are relayed to a private Telegram channel that only I can read; they are not stored in a third-party CRM or marketing tool.
